It is just three weeks to go to the:
Summer BBQ and Games
Friday 16th May
3 – 6pm
So here is how you can help: help out on your class stall; lend us a gazebo; can you lend us a cool box, or some BBQ tongs etc. Do a turn on the face painting; help with the “rounders” or with some football games.
To let us know how you can help sign up a volunteer space with your class stall, or fill in the form below and return it to the office.
We do need lots of people to help, if your class has enough volunteers and you can help, please fill in the slip so that we can give you another event to help with.
The events are:
| Maple /Willow: BBQ. | Cherry: Bar / Drinks. |
| Poppy: Raffle. | Apple: Tombola. |
| Oak: Ice cream. | Rowan: Hook – a – duck. |
Sunflower: Bouncy Castle. |

Plus: Face painting anyone that is good at this (please volunteer on the slip below!!!) and helping with the games, (volunteer on the slip below).
We will also need people to help set up gazebo’s at 9am, to put up tables and to carry the BBQ’s into position, if you can help us do meet on the school field. (Any Dad’s that are free to help with the lifting will be greatly appreciated!)
We will then need helpers to help from 1.15pm to help put up signs and set up the stalls so that we can be ready for the 3pm kick off. We will also need people to help clear the field at the end of the day.
If you find it difficult to help on this day, then come and help on Thursday 8th May when we will be sorting out the donations from the non- uniform day at 9am in the terrapin. Non uniform day will be a day when the children can wear their own clothes to school in return for donating a prize for the tombola stall, this should be something like a new toy, a bottle of wine, a gift, etc.
